The lotus flower is known in many cultures as a symbol of rebirth, strength and purity. If we imagine this extraordinary flower, its spiritual meaning comes to mind, with the roots imprisoned in mud, immersed every night in the river water and miraculously blooming again the next morning, clean and sparkling. The power of creation is in its DNA, just like in ours: Homo Sapiens, the Wise Human.
For the return of Visconti’s iconic Homo Sapiens, the designers have imagined the colors of the lotus garden, the enchanting environment that houses the delicate flowers of the Nelumbo aquatic plant.
The lilac, white and green of the pen are accentuated by new black finishes, which recall the reflection of the flower in the dark water of the pond and increase its mystery. Each element harmonizes perfectly, giving life to an elegant and modern collection, which invites you to get closer to nature and enjoy its incredible strength.
The Homo Sapiens Lotus Garden is equipped with an 18kt gold nib plated in ruthenium. The pen uses Visconti’s patented Power Filler Double Reservoir filling system. This is number 206 out of 888.
