Van Gogh spent the last months of his life in Auvers-sur-Oise, a small town just north of Paris, after leaving the asylum in Saint-Rémy in May 1890. It was in this town where he painted the Old Vineyard with Peasant Woman
This Visconti Van Gogh series is made from natural resin uniquely blended to represent palettes of oil paints and is inspired by the artist's color and technique. As a result, each fountain pen has its own unique color palette. The Visconti fountain pen has the well-known eighteen facets, where the many edges enhance the vibrant colours.
